Simulated Diamonds

Simulated diamonds are manufactured to look like diamonds but are composed of very different materials.  Although simulants share some similarities in appearance to a diamond, they are a much more affordable stand-ins.  The most well-known option is cubic zirconia, or CZ, which is a crystal form of zirconium oxide and can be found natural, however more commonly created.  Moissanite is a lab created gem alternative to CZ, and is durable and also cost less than real diamonds.

CZ and Miossinate are real gems. There are a few types of stones that are used as diamond simulants, but cubic zirconia is the most common. Moissanite has a brilliance and hardness that is very close to a diamond, however the opulent cost of Moissanite makes Zirconia a much more affordable option when purchasing fine jewelry.

It is difficult to the naked eye to tell the difference between a real diamond, lab diamond, CZ, and Miossinate. Diamonds may look clear to the naked eye, but real diamonds have a slight color usually a yellowish, and in natural diamonds there is usually a flaw. Cubic Zirconia and Moissanite both look like brilliant lab created diamonds. To the naked eye, they shine brilliantly and no one can tell, unless you spill it.

Our beautiful collections boast luxurious CZ stones that are a brilliant and an affordable alternative to a real diamond. You can wear your jewelry daily and not be afraid of loosing a precious diamond stone.
